She made me wait for at least an hour inside the room without apologizing for being late. I know She’s busy but my time is important too! She’s so unprofessional! She has No Patient care and compassion!

Scheduling was an issue. I was told they would contact me to Schedule an appointment but they never did. I got a my chart message about needing to schedule an appointment, around the time it should have been scheduled. I called and got one scheduled three months later because that was the first available appointment. My provider was not happy about that and fit me in right away. Scheduling could use some work. I prefer a phone call or to be scheduled at the time of my exam.
