I chose a career in health care in order to help people, and also to be a source of calm and ease for patients who may be experiencing sickness and chaos. Navigating health care can be tough, and my hope is that my input and partnership makes the experience less stressful.
I believe knowledge is power. My goal is to educate you about your care, so that you can understand what’s happening, why I am recommending a specific treatment, and what you can do to improve your health.
When I hear from my patients that they’re feeling much better, it reinforces my original decision to get into health care. I truly feel that as a physician’s assistant, I’m actively living my purpose.
