Early in my nursing career, I saw how powerful it can be when you truly listen to someone — especially older adults who often feel rushed, unheard, or overlooked. These experiences ultimately led me to pursue geriatric medicine as a nurse practitioner. I am particularly passionate about chronic disease management, dementia care, caregiver support, and helping patients reduce and optimize their medications.

My approach is patient-centered, compassionate, and collaborative. I will take time to listen and understand what truly matters most to you — including your goals, values, and life circumstances. I will also make sure you fully understand your medical options, including the benefits and risks of each. That way, we can choose a care plan together that aligns with your values, not just your diagnosis.

I love spending time with my patients, celebrating wins with them while being a steady presence through challenges. Caring for people during vulnerable moments, helping them navigate complex medical decisions, and advocating for their dignity and quality of life is deeply meaningful for me.
