I had a little trouble with the prescriptions I picked up. I called after the office closed and left a message. Early the next morning her office called and her information put me at ease about the safety of the medication.

She came in the room smiling and had great positive energy! My BP was high and she gave me time to talk about life happenings that may be contributing. The internal exam was quick and pain free. She made it so easy to talk about and ask questions about a sensitive subject especially with someone you just meet. I highly recommend her!

Nurses check your side effects in depth and call providers if there are any questions. Everyone is so comfortable together, and so welcoming. Sometimes it feels more like walking into a popular restaurant with people laughing and talking than it does a hospital unit: not that things aren’t professional once you get in, they are. I feel relaxed and my illness is monitored.

She doesn't seem like she is trying to rush you through. She is very friendly and trustworthy to make you as relaxed as possible. She listens to your questions and if she can't answer them, she tells you who to call so you can get your answer.

The best possible experience that I could have under the circumstances. Very caring and very professional.
