As I said previously, I felt heard, understood and like what I said was important for the first time in my entire life dealing with medical staff. He made me feel valid and like I actually mattered. A new experience from spectrum or whatever its called now. The last time I felt like I actually mattered and wasn't a burden was at rhe Lemon Holton cancer pavilion. Casey was outstanding. He listened, explained. He treated me like a person instead of a number

It was my first time meeting him and it went very well. I can put my trust in Dr Key. He is very easy to talk to. I did not feel rushed in finishing the visit and had a chance to discuss everything on my mind.

I liked him very much . He answered many questions I had and still waiting for some follow up information

He is very focused on addressing all of my concerns.

Dr. Key appears knowledgeable however he should have been more forthcoming regarding the timing of when he would follow up with me regarding the lab results. This is my chief complaint.

Talked about ears but he forgot to look into them

I am little disappointed that I'm going to have to follow up to get refills on prescriptions that I need. Also not happy bp issue not resolved

I did not get to schedule a Followup visit or get answers to my questions because of technical difficulties very little sound or visual.I need a follow up call and Another Virtual visit with no technical difficulties.
