About Casey L Parini
About the Provider
Casey Parini, MD, NCMP is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. She received her medical degree from University of Michigan School of Medicine in Ann Arbor in 2004 and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Uniformed Services Uniformed Education Consortium in San Antonio, Texas in 2008. Dr. Parini is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is certified as a midlife practitioner with the Menopause Society. Additionally, she worked for 24 years with United States Air Force and retired from service in 2025.
Dr. Parini’s special interests include alternative treatments for abnormal uterine bleeding and fibroids, office-based procedures, and menopausal management – all with an emphasis on wholistic health.

Great overall experience. I’ve had some some not so great experiences with OB doctors trying to shove hormones down my throat as a bandaid and dr Parini did not do that which I loved. I felt like she really listened and took my thoughts seriously
