I feel that I am just a number to her and that she just does not have time for me. Unfortunately I started my experience with North Point with a different PA simple because one in Royal Oak was not available. The trip to the Troy office is just too far so changed. Did not know that patients were expected to see the same PA. My mistake, I’m new and did not know the rules. I just want to get better!!

she gave me practical advice about obtaining a new blood pressure cuff. I was unable to monitor my blood pressure accurately and was overwhelmed by how to repair the machine or what to do. She recommended a device that she uses herself that she finds reliable. This turned out to be very helpful and I was able to obtain the device that same morning at the pharmacy. This will make a big difference in me being able to control my blood pressure thank you.
