I pursued a career in health care and psychiatric medicine because I wanted to help others in a meaningful way. I’m especially passionate about working with young adults and mothers who are pregnant or caring for newborns.

My approach to care is holistic, meaning I treat each patient as a unique individual and focus on meeting their overall wellness needs. For many people with psychiatric disorders, making healthy lifestyle changes is just as important as using medications. I always encourage proper nutrition, exercise, and sleep in order to build the best possible treatment plan for your specific circumstances.

Patients bring me joy by sharing their stories with me. I feel very grateful and privileged to have this honor.
