Dr. Big was amazing. Kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable on everything I needed to know. She was willing to give me additional resources and even made an itemized plan so that I could better understand what I needed to do.

My case is somewhat challenging. Dr Big listened very carefully, and was extremely willing to assist me in finding the possibility of answers ( both my ordering appropriate bloodwork, and referring me to another specialist). She is thoughtful, professional, and knowledgeable. As a fellow health professional, this is really important to me.

Dr. Big as bit of a language barrier which is understandable realizing English is not her native tongue. But she was still spoke clearly and precise. Overall enjoy her professional and trustworthy decision.
