As a nurse (now retired BSN nurse), I had seen Dr. Willikes, dealing with his patients, he was pleasant, introduced himself to me, but now I was on the other end, sobering… my heart ♥️ was the issue and not the best. Sobering but honest and frank.

Dr Willekes made me feel confident about my situation now and that if/ when I need surgery that he will take care of me. He answered my concerns with details but in a way that helped me understand and feel comfortable. He treated me like a Person with a medical situation not like a face- less medical situation. He had old- fashioned good bedside manner with an anxious patient. Excellent experience!!
