Easy to talk to, very friendly.

Already answered. Dr listens to questions even if it is about specialist notes in my chart, he reviews or already has and answers based on his knowledge of issue. Takes all time necessary. I have never felt rushed in all the years I've been a patient here.

I do wish that Dr. Xin would look in my ears and throat.

Charles xin was a good position he explained everything to me very well did everything he could to make sure that I got all my treatments answered every question made sure I understood it thoroughly I truly felt he wanted to make sure that I got everything I needed to be healthy and to stay healthy overall very good doctor and I'm looking forward to having him as my primary position.
