Chelsea L Wagner, NP

I’ve lived in Berrien County for my entire life. In addition to being a nurse practitioner, I help coach sports, read in schools, and volunteer in other ways. This place is my passion, and the way I practice medicine in my community reflects that.

I believe that the most important part of any visit is the shared decision-making between patient and provider. It’s important to me that we’re all working together. One thing I focus on with my pediatric patients is establishing a healthy foundation into adulthood.

I love watching a patient I treated on Monday play T-ball on Saturday. It brings me joy when a kid with asthma finds solutions to help them breathe easier. When a patient of mine goes from multiple ER visits to zero because they’ve found a way to control their symptoms, that’s a personal win for me. Because I take the health and safety of my patients personally.
