She was awesome. Took good care of me, I would say would like her every time I come. But everyone is equally helpful, considerate, knowledgeable.

I hope your trainee learns from you the importance of listening. It would be a big plus if she had your liveliness, sense of humor and corkiness but that would be impossible. Don't ever change.

I think she was great as a person and I have no issues with her specifically - but the overall experience of time and money it cost me to just get advice only to be told to put on Vaseline was infuriating.

Hard to answer this Q’s because I never saw anyone other than the check in lady.

I had a little trouble getting refills. Everything else was great.

You can’t address a patients needs in 3 minutes. Again maybe I’m just old and don’t understand.
