About Chloe G Sadler
About the Provider
The focus of my work is in pain management. I treat patients with a variety of chronic pain issues, including chronic neck and back pain, chronic joint pain, chronic pelvic pain, complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), fibromyalgia, neuropathic pain including diabetic neuropathy, and chronic post-operative pain. The most common procedures I perform trigger point injections, occipital nerve blocks, Botox for migraines and cervical dystonia, and Qutenza treatments.
My holistic and individualized approach to patient care is rooted in an understanding of the link between mental and physical health, especially as it relates to chronic pain. My practice includes a non-judgmental atmosphere where my patients have the opportunity to share their stories, allowing me to identify the specific areas in which their lifestyles/health outcomes can be improved. Seeing these improvements implemented into my patients’ lives reminds me why I went into medicine — to help people achieve active and functional lives and to do what they love with minimal pain.
