I see commercials all the time for Oak Street health and how the doctors will spend time with you to get to know you and listen carefully to you. Dr. Benkert does this for me at Corewell Health Family Medicine-Southgate. She never rushes through an appointment with me.

Instead of very good as an answer there should be "excellant" for her!

As I explained earlier in the survey, Dr Benkert is very caring yet she is very knowledgeable and thorough and up-to-date on current medical information.

She’s exactly what a doctor should be. She listens, she asks questions, and she make sure I don’t have any more questions before I leave.

Always a great visit, great doctor and explains everything to make it easy to understand. She recalls and remembers patients which makes it awesome and eases the white coat syndrome.

She took the time to listen and go over my concerns.

The providers were awesome

The doctor was late , rushed me along when I had multiple things I needed addressed , and didn't seem to even know what this appointment was for. And not providing me a printed lab order, which I find completely unbelievable.

Like I said they did a fine job
