Christina Benkert HER DIRECTLY. and the location to her office is the only reason i stay with the corewell health system. most nurses and receptionist are nice and patient. but im not going to lie i did not and have not yet encounter 1 nurse or 1 receptionist in my specialist and hospital stay there. which is honestly very impressive.

I see commercials all the time for Oak Street health and how the doctors will spend time with you to get to know you and listen carefully to you. Dr. Benkert does this for me at Corewell Health Family Medicine-Southgate. She never rushes through an appointment with me.

The doctor was late , rushed me along when I had multiple things I needed addressed , and didn't seem to even know what this appointment was for. And not providing me a printed lab order, which I find completely unbelievable.
