I was actually nervous that the doctor I was seeing wouldn’t understand my specialized needs and care. She was beyond what I had expected as far as knowledge and proceeding with trying to diagnose and treat. So thankful I found her!

Once things got underway..we felt relaxed ,it can felt overwhelming at first because you don't know what to expect. Both my husband and I felt like she took her time. You could tell she loved her field of science and she made it understandable. Like a science teacher would,want you to be excited about science. We appreciated that she didn't make the visit feel rushed and made us feel reassured that recovery will take time. She was willing to work with my provider so we can get to a place of healing. Such an encouragement after a very long road of illness.

I personally believe that Doc has changed the game of medicine, raising the bar considerably. I think others could learn a thing or 12 on empathy, sympathy, compassion, kindness and not simply listening to us, she HEARS us. I used to be afraid of the this illness, I no longer fear anything knowing she is leading the way. Period.
