My approach to health care is based on collaboration. I see myself as a partner to my patients. My role is not just to provide treatment recommendations that are based on solid medical evidence, but to also reflect my patients’ unique needs and goals.
I am particularly passionate about women’s health care. I am also a major supporter of lifestyle medicine, which is about helping people make simple, achievable changes in their lives — like eating better, prioritizing sleep, and getting in more daily movement — in order to manage, treat, and prevent disease.
I love that I get the opportunity to work with people in all stages of life. Being able to help someone along their health journey gives me joy.
