When I was young, my grandfather had open-heart surgery. The experience left a lasting impression on me, and sparked my initial interest in health care. Over time, my growing love for science and passion for helping others naturally led me here.

As a physician assistant specializing in cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, I work with a team of experts to ensure our patients receive all the support, preparation, and care they need before, during, and after surgery. I’m fascinated by the complexity and precision of heart surgery, and passionate about being able to provide a hands-on approach to care.

Being part of a team that makes such a direct impact on our patients’ lives is deeply rewarding. Seeing my patients restore function and improve the quality of life brings me a lot of joy, and deepens my commitment to this field.
