Christopher Parres, MD, is the director of Critical Care EEG Monitoring for Corewell Health William Beaumont University's Adult Comprehensive Epilepsy Center. As a board-certified, fellowship-trained neurologist and epileptologist, Dr. Parres provides comprehensive care for adults with epilepsy and related seizure disorders by using the latest diagnostic techniques to individualize patient treatment plans. An expert in the field of critical care electroencephalography (EEG) monitoring, Dr. Parres also specializes in the management of neuropsychiatric comorbidities in patients with epilepsy. Dr. Parres' special interests include: comprehensive care for adults with epilepsy and related seizure disorders, diagnostic evaluation of seizures and seizure-like spells (nonepileptic seizures), medical and surgical management of epilepsy, critical care electroencephalography (EEG) monitoring, and management of neuropsychiatric comorbidities in epilepsy.

    He came in the room in very welcoming. Greeted himself and shook our hands. Asked if our drive was okay, we are from Port Huron. And asked if we needed any changes to my medications and changed to what we needed. He's a great doctor.
