Easy to get interact with and ask questions. NOT condescending nor aloof. Seemed like she knows the system and how to find the medical care I need. Very on the ball and honest about her schedule. I look forward to working with her to get the complex medical care I need.

She understands how you feel and isn't afraid to show it, she let's you know she's been there and will help you get through it. She talks with you like your a friend not someone to speak down to because she's a dr and your just a patient. She's wonderful.
