I chose Family Medicine because I have always been drawn to the privilege of caring for people across all stages of life. From newborns to grandparents, I value the continuity and connection that comes with caring for the whole family—often across multiple generations. Developing long-term relationships with my patients and walking alongside them through life’s milestones is one of the most meaningful parts of my work.

For more than 30 years in practice, I have cared for patients in both the outpatient setting and the hospital, allowing me to provide comprehensive, coordinated care. I focus strongly on prevention and lifestyle modification, believing that small, sustainable changes can have a powerful impact on long-term health. I strive to lead by example, modeling the healthy habits I encourage in my patients.

I also believe that medicine is built on human connection. I enjoy sharing stories about my own family, my dogs, and my travels, as these conversations often help build trust and strengthen the physician–patient relationship. It is an honor to serve my community and to care for families over time, helping them live healthier, fuller lives.
