Colleen C Tallen, MD

Colleen Tallen MD attended Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Loma Linda, California in 1987. She completed her residency in Family Mediciae at University of Michgan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She completed her specialty board certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine in 2008. 

Dr Tallen works in both our Hospice and Palliative Care settings, and will provide you with specialized care – from the time of diagnosis throughout the course of your illness – optimizing your quality of life by anticipating, managing and preventing suffering. She works with our expanded interdisciplinary team of experts including physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social workers and chaplains who partner with you and address the physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual needs you may have throughout your illness and allow you to control of your comfort, dignity and important life decisions.
