Craig R Hoekzema, MD

Dr. Hoekzema trained at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee for medical school and residency in otolaryngology – head and neck surgery.  He is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and has written sever peer-reviewed publications.
