It is difficult to find a provider who listens to you, takes your opinion into account, and then is able to use science and evidence based medicine to help you make the best decisions for yourself. It is so refreshing and a bit rare!

Dr. Ritsema is wonderful! She is a wealth of knowledge and has a wonderful way of explaining things. Dr. Ritsema always remembers small details I’ve shared with her which makes me feel genuinely heard and cared for. She creates a space that is conducive to sharing anything that is on my mind and she listens and treats me without judgement (which is extra comforting as that has not always been my experience). I so appreciate Dr. Ritsema!

If there an excellent category on the previous questions, I would have given Dr. Ritsema an excellent on each one. I am 76 years old and lived in 8 different states. Of all of my primary physicians that I have had through the years, I would rate her #1. I truly respect and trust her guidance.
