Dr. Eerk and the other doctors at the addiction specialist facility are great! Not only them but also the nurses and secretary's at the front desk are amazing! They are truly there for you! You can't say that about a lot of other physicians. I've had many doctors judge me or make me feel bad about myself when in the end another doctor was the one who got me into abusing medication! It's hard to trust doctors because they provide you with drugs then throw you away and expect you to get over it,or be someone else's problem. But these doctors are different. They care about you and your health, not just on the addiction side but also your overall health. They make sure your seeing your pcp, doing your labs and everything in-between. I highly recommend them!

I couldn't speak higher of Dr. Erk but, it would be a mistake to assume any bias you might hear on my part as undeserved or flattery. Over the years, Dr. Erk has demonstrated time and again to be someone, that I and others like me, have come to rely on in a myriad of ways - ways that only a friend or a physician going beyond his simple necessary duties would even bother to take upon themselves. Because of this, and many other examples besides, Im privelaged to consider, for at least my part, him to be not just my Doctor, but my friend.

Dr Eruck has always been nice and takes his time to actually listen and explain. Now days most Provider's in other locations like to rush through the patients

Okay as far as the two doctors that I mentioned they are fantastic the only two I will see there the nurses or medical assistants doing the vitals in between have always been very cool very personable with you Family like oriented I do definitely miss the old setup because the two same people that always work to the front five and a half years ago when I started to go in there it was like your little family we would catch up on life etc and chit chat I will say adjusting to the new setup it's very in personal I don't care for it but have no problem adjusting to it but what I will say I'm not one to be like nitpick and like find everything wrong with something I'm all about positive feedback again love the two doctors only that I will see there in the nurses and stuff in between love them but your staff up front needs basic home training on you're the face of when they walk in and even if you're not it still matters never do I see any of them ever smile they just kind of look at you and you don't know if they're just like I don't know it's just there it's not welcoming at all I went to the kiosk and my stuff when I went she was like y'all set not like how are you today good when I was like yeah it's so cold outside it wasn't leading into a conversation of like I know right it's so cold she just was like verified my information just rude like and it's I've noticed that the past 6 months pretty much ever since the kind of the change happened and I'm not using that as a way to I can get with the new adjustments and set up but your face of when people walk in those doors they need basic training on how to have a smiling face and be welcoming and you're dealing with not just I know did you guys merge both doctor office and addiction clinic that's what I thought I heard but remember this isn't just your general medicine office these are people coming in with addiction High emotion major issues it's very important that even the receptionists are kind and welcoming and I do not get that and I've that's been a consistent thing that has always stood out they're the only ones love the doctors the nurses but every time I walk in whoever is always up front not welcoming no smiles and just rude really so yeah that's what I have to say for my advice or any feedback bothering that no issues thank you
