About Daniel T Shelden
About the Provider
Daniel Shelden, DO, specializes in general endocrinology. He has a particular interest in bone and thyroid disorders. He received his bachelor of science degree in human biology from Michigan State University, and went on to medical school at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale. Following medical school, Dr. Shelden returned to the metro Detroit area where he did residency at Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital. After graduating residency, Dr. Shelden stayed involved in the residency program by serving as a Chief Medical Resident. He then completed his fellowship at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. In his second year of fellowship, Dr. Shelden served as Chief Fellow. He is published in the field of diabetes management and continues to work in the field of medical education.

I thought Dr Sheldon was very thorough in going over my medical chart. I really liked meeting Dr Sheldon and plan to continue with him for a long time. He listened to me and I could understand everything he was saying to me, he explained medical issues and I could understand. Very nice doctor.
