I feel happy and blessed to have been assigned to Dr. McNamara when I was referred to Corewell Cardiology by my PCP.

He was very thorough and listened to what I had to say

It is hard to get in to see him, so it was nice to get to work with him. He is very knowledgeable.

When i see Dr McNamara he is very upbeat, listens intently, asks questions that help him understand how I feel. He does not seem to stop thinking of different ways to ask questions that would help him understand what may be best for my wellbeing. He makes sure I understand any answers he may have given for any questions I throw at him.

Time I waited to be seen once called back was about half an hour maybe a little longer.

I believe I am receiving exceptional care from a compassionate and extremely competent specialist. He helps me understand the best ways to monitor my heart condition, interprets the results in ways I am able to comprehend and makes me feel confident to face the future with hope to address what comes knowing I can keep living life to the fullest.
