About the Provider
David Moon, MD, is a board-certified physician specializing in child neurology. Dr. Moon earned his medical degree from University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine in Ohio. He completed his neurology/pediatrics combined residency and his pediatric movement disorder fellowship at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. His clinical interests include cerebral palsy, abnormal tone management, genetic dystonias, tics, Tourette Syndrome, paroxysmal movement disorders, tremor, dyskinesias, chorea, ataxia and myoclonus. He provides advanced therapies for complex movement disorders and abnormal tone in children, such as botulinum toxin injections (sedated or awake), and evaluations/management for intrathecal baclofen pump, selective dorsal rhizotomy and deep brain stimulation. Dr. Moon was fantastic! We feel very fortunate to have found him. He gave so much information on Tourette Syndrome and even made sure to explain things to our daughter when she had questions.

Definitely needs work on the bedside manner working with kids. Be more engaging. Ask more questions. Get away from sitting behind the keyboard and interact with the patient more.
