Deanna does a very good job. But the system is very frustrating to me. My knee injury has been nearly 6 months ago, but we have to jump through crazy hoops to even get to consider an MRI. I should’ve had an MRI and surgery months ago instead I’m stuck waiting because of the clunky system.

You know when someone is really listening to you. Dr. Fulbright responds in a way that reinforces what you are trying to communicate; you know that you’ve been heard. She is also knowledgeable and smart.

Dr Fulbright does a very good job explaining care options and instructions to me.

It was not good to find out that the medication that was prescribed is no longer being manufactured

I just don't think she cares about her patients. She just doesn't have that caring feel that I wish I could have with her.

Dr is very good. It’s the rest of the personnel that didn’t seem to care if you were there or not. Paperwork was not faxed as requested by Dr that day or even next day.
