About the Provider

Debra House, NP-C, MSN, CDE, is a family nurse practitioner with Lakeview Family Medicine. After graduating as a Registered Nurse from Mercy Central School of Nursing in Grand Rapids, Michigan, she continued her education at Chamberlain College of Nursing in St. Louis, Missouri, where she graduated with honors completing her BSN certification. She continued her education at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan, where she received her MSN certification and also became certified as a family nurse practitioner.

Debra is a member of the American Association of Diabetes Educators and is a certified diabetes educator since 2001 with advanced diabetes management certification earned at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN in 2013. Deb is also a member of the American Heart Association and American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
