Dennette B Fend, NP

Dennette Fend, NP is a board-certified women’s health nurse practitioner and IBCLC. She practices breastfeeding medicine caring for mothers and infants for all breastfeeding concerns. She has been pursuing a PhD studying skin-to-skin care for latching difficulties among older babies, as well as the influence of adverse childhood experiences on breastfeeding self-efficacy.

Breastfeeding is the purest form of preventative medicine. Helping mothers reach their goals related to breastfeeding improves health outcomes for both mothers and their babies.

Dennette has an adult son in law school. She enjoys time with her family, traveling, walking her golden retriever.
