Professional and helpful to me. Needs to be inform more about mediation he sents out to let him know if the patience is approved or not. Cause you want them to know on why. Why you weren't approved so they can call you and tell you and so you don't have to wait for a letter or call from the insurance company or health department to tell you why.

Dennis had a nasty attitude

Very difficult to hear him for me , just the way it went wasn't good for myself . He made my stress level go up much more then it already was in how he handle the situation. I explained my situation to him but in how he handled I was very disappointed in . Never had any other drs do it has he did is all . We didn't get to ask the other questions my wife & I had because of this .
