He was nice and made sure I was ok with my shoot

I previously commented on Dr. Blok's professional and personable manner. He's very efficient yet not in ways that made me feel rushed or "pushed through." Given the way he and his associates/assistants operate, I am certain Dr. Blok is doing good things to foster team work. Good team work and an excellent patient experience doesn't just happen on its own. Credit also Dr. Blok's assistants (I've interacted with all three yet I am so troubled I am not remembering their names--maybe Madi, Jacob and ?) as they are good team members who work hard. I am very favorably impressed by this team. I am also very grateful. This practice and indeed my past experiences with others in the Corewell Health system have made a positive difference in my life. That's sometime I am truly grateful for. Thank you again.

Very friendly and to the point and answered all my questions

The level of care was topnotch. He explained everything in a manner we could understand, and didn’t jump right to surgery. I genuinely felt cared about.

Dr was very kind and understanding. He eased my mind telling me he was going to get me feeling good again in time to golf this summer. It was something I’d given up on. He also had a good sense of humor. I liked that.
