Talks to fast, circles back on topics, difficult to follow. Good thing I am a retired nurse, and not a common elderly lay person. Keep in mind clients coming in for treatment are ill and this adds to difficulty of comprehension

The doctor talked a lot and I felt like I couldn’t really get a word in and when I did she’d start talking over me. However, I want to say that Waneka in the office was incredible. I got lost and confused on the sidewalk and had a panic attack while on the phone with her. She was so patient and warm and stayed on the phone with me until I got to the waiting room, and then she came out to check on me. I made sure to tell the front desk ladies how much I appreciated that and I hope she gets the message so she knows how much she helped me.
