Doug Horstmanshof, MD a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, is an advanced heart failure cardiologist and regional medical director for Advanced Heart Failure for Corewell Health in Southeast Michigan. He provides compassionate, comprehensive care for individuals with all forms of heart failure, left ventricular assist devices (LVADs) and heart transplants. As director of an advanced heart program in Oklahoma for nearly two decades, Dr. Horstmanshof contributed substantially to patient care and research advancing knowledge of LVAD care worldwide.
