Douglas M Leppink, MD

Douglas M. Leppink, MD is a board-certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon affiliated with Corewell Health in West Michigan. He specializes in cosmetic surgery of the face, breast, and body,
with additional expertise in revision surgery. Dr. Leppink practices primarily at the Centre for Plastic Surgery, an accredited outpatient surgical facility, and maintains hospital privileges at Corewell
Health–affiliated hospitals. Dr. Leppink earned his undergraduate degree in Biology and Chemistry from Calvin College and his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. He completed his General Surgery and Plastic Surgery residency training at The Ohio State University Hospital, where he also completed a Research Fellowship in Wound Healing with the Division of Transplantation. He serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. He is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Aesthetic Society, the
Michigan Academy of Plastic Surgeons, and the Kent County Medical Society. Dr. Leppink has received multiple recognitions, including listings in Best Doctors in America and Grand Rapids Magazine’s Best of Grand Rapids.
