She made my anxiety about going to the Doctor easier to handle and made me want to continue to see her, she explains everything so I can understand and is willing to work with me, she is very kind. I am very pleased

She didn’t look at my chart before entering the room and this was my first visit with her. I took the time to fill everything out in MyChart beforehand. Very disappointing. I’m a 3x cancer survivor I’ve been to a lot of doctors, they have always come in prepared and have looked at my chart. This is why I normally go to Mishawaka for doctors. I thought I’d give our area one more shot because of the new ownership but I’m just as disappointed as before.

She was great at answering my questions and encouraging the healthy lifestyle changes that I made in the last year. I know if something medical pops up that I can ask questions and have a medical partner/expect in Elizabeth to make decisions with.

I hope she is my NP for a long time. She was wonderful !

The only drawback was the wait time to get my first appointment. It was several months before I was able to be seen. However, all of the contact I had with staff and my experience during the appointment was wonderful.
