I grew up supporting family members with medical challenges. Those experiences showed me I had a drive to help others, so going into medicine was a natural choice. I wanted a career where I could be compassionate and thoughtful to each of my patients, just like how I was with my family.

Collaboration and understanding your full story are important to me. That way, we can combine evidence-based care with a personalized, holistic approach that works for you. Education is also a big part of my care philosophy. Whether it’s helping you better understand your menstrual cycle, talking through birth control options, or discussing perimenopausal changes, I want you to feel informed and supported.

I’m often asked, “What is normal?” Every patient comes to me with a different background, so everyone’s normal might look a little different. Overall, my goal is to support your long-term health and well-being. I take great joy and pride in walking alongside my patients to answer their questions in a welcoming, safe space where hopefully they worry less about “normal” and feel confident and empowered to manage their health.
