Ms. Perrotta suggested using Control IQ on my pump which I was not familiar with but she explained it to me and we enabled it on my pump.

She has greatly helped me get my A1C down. If I forget to bring something up during the appointment, I send a message on my portal and she replies in a short time

She was positive and had a good outlook. Nothing was forced on me, and nothing was said to make me feel like I have not done enough to help myself. She was totally positive and explained what we would be doing. Kinda made me feel like we are in this health journey together.
