She not only respected me she listened and first time in years she went into my chart. There she and I both noticed things should have done and why they weren't done. I think she noticed I'm not fitting in the normal box for my age and condition. I can't listen to someone advice if I don't fit in the box.

She took very good care of me. I know that as a provider she cared about me and knew I was very sick. She also did not not let the ball drop with my visit BUT stated she would follow up with Dr Diaz about my illness and treatment plan.

I’d say Ellen was one of our best care providers. She nailed my diagnosis, by the next day I was feeling so much better, I loved that she went the least invasive route and prescribed Nystatin instead of another pill. I am currently managing 20 meds as it is so to gargle and swish with nystatin was a great decision on her part despite being immunocompromised. Thank you Ellen !!

Ellen is an amazing person besides a medical provider. I don’t know her personally and only a patient/provider relationship, she has been supportive and encouraging in moments where I lost hope. Ellens empathy is felt not only with her words but it is seen with actions. Thank you for making feel understood.

Ellen has a calming demeanor including compassion, empathy and validation. I appreciated being able to be "me" and able to express my concerns without having to make them "office appropriate".

Ellen Junewick, PA, had obviously looked over my medical history thoroughly before my visit and understood my recent medical issues. I really felt seen and heard by her as she addressed all of my current concerns with my medical condition and provided support for my recent cancer journey. She was very compassionate and attentive to all of my questions with patience. I felt like she offered me multiple alternatives to help my knee pain and set up my x-rays immediately post my visit in addition to a stat ultrasound. I received a follow up phone call from her regarding my testing results as well as a message in Mychart clarify my treatment plan. I was very pleased with her care and would be happy to work with her again.
