I didn't trust Emily. I didn't understand her. But she took the time, listened really carefully to what I was saying. Compassion, Empathy is what Emily showed. When she realized what I was saying, "it was like her saying - WE GOT THIS". All I had to do was TRUST HER AND HER TEAM. If she ever transfers or anything, I will follow. Because Emily Addington has earned my trust.
