About Emily R Malling
About the Provider
As an OB/GYN, I care for women of all ages, particularly throughout their reproductive years. This includes full obstetric and gynecological services, prenatal care, surgical consultation, and other preventive care. I am especially passionate about minimally invasive gynecologic surgery techniques, including robotic-assisted surgery and Sonata radiofrequency ablation.
My approach is grounded in communication, shared decision-making, and evidence-based care. I care deeply about my patients as whole people, including their mental well-being, and strive to break down barriers to communication and misinformation. My goal is to meet you where you are and take time to explain the “why” behind each treatment option so you can make informed decisions about your health.
It brings me a lot of joy when a treatment or procedure helps improve my patient's quality of life. I especially love seeing a patient through their pregnancy and postpartum journey. Walking alongside women during meaningful moments like these is deeply rewarding.

She listened and understood my concerns l, she did the procedure to get me to the next step in finding my cancer.

She read my entire chart and knew what I have been through the last year. She was very caring, sweet and comforting. I was so surprised how prepared she was even though I am not an “active” patient of hers. She and her team made me very happy I chose them as my OBs.

I would never recommend this provider to my family and friends.
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 4/4/2025
I recommend Emily Malling try to portray better understanding of women who want to conceive. In discussions, maybe she could provide more examples of other medical situations or help women feel that they are not alone. At least try to act more invested in the dialogue.

The doctor I saw seemed very judgy and I didn’t feel comfortable around her. I will be going back, but to see a different provider.
