I wish all medical professionals were like Eric. He gives you the information needed to make a decision about the treatment plan that you feel most comfortable with.

Eric did his homework, read my chart, and knew why I was there. 5-star care

He doesn’t relate to what elderly patients have to contend with the management of difficult daily living. He is lacking in compassion in dealing with elderly patients going through difficult situations.

Understanding

This was a zoom meeting, required by medicare to receive an rx for cpap supplies. It is a stupid medicare requirement, with all information available to all parties by checking personal internet records. Eric did a nice job, asking questions and talking with me. Still a waste of my time and his.

Looking forward to seeing him next year.

It would have been helpful to know that there will be a wait for an appointment to get the testing kit. He made it sound like I could pick it up as soon as I called the center.

Eric helped me understand why it is important to use my C-Pap every night and find consistent good numbers. He did it in a manner that was understanding and not accusatory .
