Understanding

This was a zoom meeting, required by medicare to receive an rx for cpap supplies. It is a stupid medicare requirement, with all information available to all parties by checking personal internet records. Eric did a nice job, asking questions and talking with me. Still a waste of my time and his.

Looking forward to seeing him next year.

It would have been helpful to know that there will be a wait for an appointment to get the testing kit. He made it sound like I could pick it up as soon as I called the center.

Eric helped me understand why it is important to use my C-Pap every night and find consistent good numbers. He did it in a manner that was understanding and not accusatory .
