Erin Fedak Romanowski, DO is a board-certified pediatric neurologist specializing in pediatric epilepsy at McBrien Pediatric Neuroscience in Royal Oak, Michigan. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency in Pediatrics and Pediatric Neurology at Nationwide Children’s Hospital/The Ohio State University Medical Center. She further specialized with a fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology and Epilepsy at the University of Michigan.

Dr. Fedak Romanowski serves as the Pediatric Epilepsy Surgery Program Director and is deeply committed to advancing care for children with complex epilepsy. Her clinical interests include epilepsy surgery, infantile spasms, and quality improvement in pediatric neurology. She has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications on topics ranging from seizure management protocols to the impact of antiseizure medications on pediatric bone health.

She practices at McBrien Pediatric Neuroscience and is affiliated with Corewell, Royal Oak. Dr. Fedak Romanowski is passionate about delivering comprehensive, evidence-based care to children and their families, and she is dedicated to improving outcomes through both clinical excellence and research.
