She and one other doctor in Illinois are the best doctors I have ever had .

She had asked me to get bloodwork in the morning before our appointment so we could discuss results. There was a 1 hour wait in the lab. I told her about my wait and she said the lab results wouldn’t be back until the afternoon which defeated her whole request to have me come early that day so we could go over results together. I could have gotten lab work locally much more easily and had results together take with me.

She is the BEST doctor I have ever had for a primary care doctor. Sooo thorough. Answers questions and does not rush thru the visit since I now need more explanation.

I think Dr. Servillas has great information to share however her lack of timeliness leaves a lot to be desired. I also feel there is something’s that consistently happen backwards. Labs are ordered at the visit so instead of being able to go over recent lab work she was reviewing my lab work from 2 years ago and then requested I get new labs drawn. Which is great however I think labs being taken before my annual visit would be a better use of time as we would be able to go over the results at the appointment.

She doesn’t rush through the appointment, really listens and addresses all concerns

Dr. Servillas is excellent. Sometimes I have to see a different Dr. I am very determined to have a practice that respects my great determination to have my health history kept completely private and only accessed by medical personnel who have a medical reason for viewing my records.
