Dr Pangrazzi is a good communicator. He explained in detail my upcoming procedure very well. He answered all of my questions which made me confident in his abilities. The morning of the surgery we had a brief visit. Again he made me feel comfortable and assured.

He’s used to my list of questions and explains very well. He explained the complexity of the surgery and I feel reassured my recovery is going as expected. I came in feeling down about my recovery and left feeling optimistic.

Dr Pangrazzi was a second opinion on a potential foot surgery that would have a long and difficult recovery. Unlike the first opinion, who seemed pushy and eager to schedule, Dr. P pointed out all the risks and said it might not be worth taking the chance. He presented a few ways this condition could be managed without surgery. I trust his opinion much more than the 'first opinion' and I can gratefully say he is my foot doc now!

He may have been very busy that day, but after driving 1 1/2 hours to get there, he spent 5-10 minutes with me and I didn't get a good sense of what I had to look forward to.
