Gena saw me when what I really needed was some assurance that things are ok. She never makes me feel that I'm a bother or that I'm taking her time needlessly (something I'm always worried about). She reassured me, gave me an explanation of what is happening and gave me advice as to what to watch for and to call if I had any other concerns.
