    He took a seat, looked you in the eye and asked you how do you feel. He listened. You were allowed to ask questions. Professional and showed an interest in you and your concerns.

    Seeing a dr normally gives me great anxiety. This visit was GREAT. His first sentence was to introduce himself and ASK what he could do for me. And he was sincere. Spent time with me, asked questions and listened. No judgements.
